Organoleptic characteristics – Brown colored sauce, with bland consistency, fine texture, with small pieces of mushrooms and truffle, and typical taste and aroma.
Ingredients – Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, green olives, white truffle 1% (Tuber magnatum Pico), Natural flavour, salt.
OGM – The product doesn’t contain and doesn’t come from genetically modified organisms.
Use and recipe – To make the very most of the product, it is recommended to use 15/20 g of it per person warming for about 5 minutes in a pan adding salt end extra virgin olive oil.
It is ideal as a sauce for crostini and as stuffing for appetisers, first and main courses, omelettes, and as a basis for all truffle dishes.
